BALDWIN, Calif. (BRAIN) — Benny Joseph Sr., a former owner of Crupi Parts, died Saturday at 79.

"Benny was instrumental in making Crupi the company that it is today," said Greg Swingrover, Crupi's current owner.

The Linus Enhance Online is a new e-commerce platform that can integrate dealer inventory so that consumers can see where their preferred bike is in stock.

GOLDEN, Colo. (BRAIN) — Rotating Mass Media has hired Katherine Fuller to be the new online editor for Dirt Rag and Bicycle Times magazines. Fuller replaces Adam Newman, who was named editor-and-chief of Bicycle Times in July.

HILDEBRAN, N.C. (BRAIN) — DeFeet's has launched a short film, "The Graveled High Rouleur," that promotes adventure riding and the company's new socks.

The 8-minute film features company founder Shane Cooper and is set in the Prohibition Era in North Carolina.

MADISON, Wis. (BRAIN) — Trek Bicycles has announced that it is the first North American distributor of Unior Tools, which are made in Slovenia. The agreement was first announced at Trek World last month.

Arkansas, New Jersey, North Carolina and Pennsylvania bring school racing league total to 19.

LAS VEGAS (BRAIN) — The National Interscholastic Cycling Association has added new leagues in Arkansas, New Jersey, North Carolina and Pennsylvania, bringing it to 19 total leagues for high school and middle school mountain bike racing. The organization announced the new leagues at Interbike on Wednesday.
