MONTRÉAL (BRAIN) — Dorel Sports, the parent of Cannondale, Schwinn, Mongoose, Pacific and other brands, reports third-quarter sales of $306 million, a 22.1% increase over the same period last year.
STOCKHOLM (BRAIN) — Led by demand for bicycle helmets, MIPS reported net sales increased 94% year-over-year in the third quarter.
Net sales increased to SEK 102 million ($11.8 million) from SEK 53 million for the quarter ending in September.

WATERLOO, Wis. (BRAIN) — Trek changed its bike packaging to incorporate lower-impact and recyclable materials earlier this year. On Friday the company released details of its new bike box and internal packaging and made a commitment to move to 100% recyclable and plastic-free packaging.
