LAFAYETTE, Colo. SAN FRANCISCO (BRAIN) — Civic Cyclery, a brand-new retailer here, had its mobile service van stolen last weekend from outside the storeowner's home.

The company also reported a 40 percent sales growth and has added 24 new stores in 2017.
