ST. PAUL, MN (BRAIN)—Park Tool has hired Jon Rosemeier for its design and engineering team.

He comes to Park Tool from Scott Equipment, an industrial machinery company. Rosemeier earned his mechanical engineering degree from North Dakota State University where he raced for the NDSU Cycling Club.

The mayor held a bike summit last week, prompted mainly because of an accident he suffered after a taxi cut him off on Venice Boulevard.
