BURLINGTON, Vt. (BRAIN) — The Flagg Bicycle Group announced Wednesday that it acquired women's cycling company Terry Bicycles, which will be renamed Terry Precision Cycling.
The sale was completed Tuesday.
EL PASO (BRAIN) — Helen of Troy Limited, a publicly traded company that owns several consumer product brands, has agreed to acquire Osprey Packs for about $414 million. Osprey, founded in 1974, makes hiking and backpacking packs as well as hydration packs for cycling.
WELS, Austria (BRAIN) — Rossignol Groupe has sold Felt Bicycles to the Pierer Mobility, best known as the parent company of the KTM motorcycle brand, Pierer announced Tuesday.

NOVATO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Mike's Bikes, the 12-store Northern California chain, has been purchased by Pon, the Dutch parent of Santa Cruz, Cervelo and other bike, mobility, and auto brands. Mike's former partners will remain with the business and said the stores will continue to carry non-Pon bike brands such as Specialized.
