COON VALLEY, Wis. (BRAIN) — Borah Teamwear has joined forces with The Bike Cooperative. Borah is the co-op's first apparel brand that produces its entire product line in the United States.

KINGSTON, Mass. (BRAIN) — Bern Unlimited, Inc. has promoted Jeff Cavicchi from national sales manager to director of global operations. Cavicchi, an industry veteran, joined Bern about a year ago.

With Cavicchi's promotion, Bern has hired Ronnie Tambourine as its new national sales manager. 

THOMPSON, Conn. (BRAIN) — This fall's KMC Cyclo-cross Festival will leave Roger Williams Park in Providence, Rhode Island, for the first time. This year's festival, the eighth annual, will be held at  Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park in Connecticut, Sept. 30-Oct. 2.

COVINGTON, Ga. (BRAIN) — Hwa Fong Rubber Industrial Co. Ltd., the parent company of Duro Tire & Wheel, has appointed Katrina Huang to president of its North American subsidiary and Luke Musselman as director of business development, with a focus on the global bicycle market.

VALLEJO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Wren Sports, LLC has appointed Llevant Carbon Fatbikes as its New Zealand distributor and authorized service center. Llevant is also using Wren's suspension forks on its fat bikes.

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (BRAIN) — Industry veteran Jon Forsberg has joined Ibis Cycles as COO. Forsberg, most recently of Specialized, has more than 23 years of experience in the bicycle industry, including stints with Santa Cruz Bicycles and Bontrager Cycles.

ST. CHARLES, Ill. (BRAIN) — Aventuron, an Illinois-based distributor, will now handle sales of Orange Bikes as the U.K. brand returns to the North American market. 

CAPITOLA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Velocity Commuting Solutions is selling Stromer and A2B e-bikes to corporate employees through mobile showrooms, employee test ride programs and fleet sales to corporations. The company also is offering to match employer purchase incentives up to $200 per bike.
