LÉVIS, Quebec (BRAIN) — Hawley-Lambert, parent company of U.S. distributor Hawley USA and Canadian distributor Lambert, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Simcoe Bicycles, a city bike manufacturer based in Toronto.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (BRAIN) — A fixture in the Southern California bike retail scene for more than two decades, Sean Flynn announced this week that he has sold his two stores to Specialized. Flynn opened the original Surf City Cyclery location as a Specialized concept store in Huntington Beach in 2006.
