Additions in Hawaii and North Dakota bring the designation to each of the 50 states.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — The League of American Bicyclists released its latest list of Bicycle Friendly Communities in the U.S. on Tuesday, noting that with new additions this round, there are 69 million Americans living in bike friendly spaces, with at least one designated community in each state.

MANCHESTER, N.H. (BRAIN) — Bern Unlimited has joined The Bike Cooperative as a supplier partner of the retailer-owned co-op. Retailer members of the co-op will now earn rebates on their purchases of Bern-branded bike, snow, skate and water sports helmets.

MADISON, Wisc. (BRAIN) — Planet Bike has introduced three new high-output, USB-rechargeable headlights.

The Blaze 650 XLR ($95), Blaze 500 XLR ($75) and the Blaze 180 USB ($45) will be available in the next week. The model names refer to each model's lumen output. Each model also have a Superflash mode.

FOXBORO, Mass. (BRAIN) — The MET Parabellum helmet features the brand's exclusive HES shell construction. The company said the model offers World Cup-level performance, with lightness (284 grams in size Medium), vending and some extra bells and whistles not normally found in this class.

IRVINE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Pedego Electric Bikes is launching a new bike, called the Boomerang, with an extra-low step-through frame. The company did not say if the model name was inspired by the frame's appearance or by its intended customers: Baby Boomers (or both).

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. (BRAIN) — The Interbike trade show ranked 54th on the list of Top 100 Trade Shows of 2013 published by Trade Show Executive magazine. The magazine began the ranking in 2007 and Interbike has been listed since then. The 'Gold 100' status is based on a show's net square feet.
