AURORA, Ontario (BRAIN) — American Cycling, a 25-year-old distributor based in Diamond Springs, Calif., is now working with e-bike supplier BionX to fulfill orders in the U.S.
“We have been searching for a company that would allow us to be flexible and nimble when it comes to delivery and service,” said Tom Heinemann, production manager for BionX. The companies did a soft rollout of the new fulfillment plan late last year.
BionX said American Cycling seemed like the right fit due to its experience and location in California, one of the largest e-bike markets in the U.S.
American Cycling's founder and CEO, Terry Youmans, said, “Supporting the bicycle dealer is at the heart of what we do. We are excited about partnering with BionX to improve customer service by providing dealers with 1 to 2 day delivery to most West Coast locations.”
