CHAPEL HILL, NC (BRAIN)—Performance Bicycle will open a new retail store in Columbia, Maryland, and relocate its existing store in Tualatin, Oregon (Portland).

The grand openings for the Columbia and Portland stores are set for August 13.

TRENTON, NJ (BRAIN)—Hutchinson Tires North America has promoted Bill Perreault to director of operations at their Trenton, New Jersey offices. In addition, Levi Olsen has been brought in under Perrault to spearhead the sales and marketing side of Hutchinson's bicycle tire business.

Drawing on his experience as an avid north shore downhill rider, Sullivan will use his mechanical engineering skills to further develop and refine Cane Creek’s suspension product line.
