LONG BEACH, Calif. (BRAIN) — Zwift, the indoor cycling and running platform, has acquired the commercial rights to manufacture and distribute footpods previously manufactured under the Milestone Sports brand.
BROOMFIELD, Colo. (BRAIN) — Vail Resorts, Inc. has agreed to purchase Triple Peaks, LLC, the parent company of Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont, Mount Sunapee Resort in New Hampshire, and Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado.
MORGAN HILL, Calif. (BRAIN) — Specialized Bicycle Components has bought Machines for Freedom, a women's cycling clothing brand founded four years ago by Jennifer Kriske. The brands will remain separate and Specialized described the purchase as "a bold investment in women's leadership."

JEFFERSONVILLE, Vt. (BRAIN) — Height of Land Publications, the publisher of Alpinist, Backcountry Magazine, and Cross Country Skier, has acquired Mountain Flyer, the quarterly enthusiast mountain bike title published by Secret Agent Publishing in Gunnison, Colorado.
DENVER (BRAIN) — JackRabbit, which operates 60 athletic specialty stores and several e-commerce sites, has acquired Clever Training, a multisport e-commerce retailer. JackRabbit's parent is the private investment firm CriticalPoint Capital.

HELSINKI (BRAIN) — Amer Sports is increasing its presence in the softgoods market, which has been one of its best performing segments in recent years, with the purchase of Peak Performance.
NEW YORK (BRAIN) — Hearst Magazines has taken a minority stake in Gear Patrol, a "men's enthusiast media company" that operates partly on an affiliate e-commerce model. Last year Hearst bought Rodale, including its Bicycling magazine title.
SAN FRANCISCO (BRAIN) — Ride share company Uber has purchased Jump, which operates dockless e-bike share programs in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Uber had announced earlier this year that its users could reserve Jump e-bikes using the Uber app in San Francisco.
KENT, Wash. (BRAIN) — Accell North America has acquired Beeline Bikes, the mobile service franchiser. ANA has been an investor in the company for several years.
LIVINGSTON, U.K. (BRAIN) — Endura has been acquired by Pentland Brands Limited, the British family-owned business behind global brand names such as Speedo, Mitre, Canterbury and Berghaus.
BURLINGTON, Vt. (BRAIN) — A New York City-based investment group, Flour Fund, has purchased the assets of the wool clothing brand Ibex. The fund outbid an offer from a Vermont group that included Liz Robert, the owner of Terry Precision Bicycles.
