MADRID (BRAIN) —Trainer and software brand Bkool has sold its hardware rights to a fellow Spanish indoor training company, Versa design, which markets the Zycle brand of trainers. Versa will rebrand the BKool trainers under the Zycle brand while BKool focuses on its cycling simulation software business.
BOSTON (BRAIN) — Bollé Brands, which Vista Outdoor sold last year, has acquired the Spy Optic brand.
Spy Optic, which designs, markets and distributes sunglasses, goggles, helmets and prescription eyewear, joins Serengeti, Cébé and H2Optix within the Bollé Brands portfolio.
ZURICH (BRAIN) — Accell Group has sold Protanium, a pedelec development brand, and Diavelo, an associated pedelec bike brand, to a new Swiss company headed by pedelec entrepreneur Karin Vogelsanger.
