SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (BRAIN) — Santa Cruz Bicycles has named Lusty Industries as its exclusive Australian distributor.
As of Jan. 1, Lusty Industries will handle distribution for Santa Cruz and Juliana bicycles, components and soft goods in Australia.
"With 12 models in the current Santa Cruz line-up, a further six models in the Juliana range and a growing selection of components and soft goods, we wanted to increase our capacity to deliver these products to customers in Australia. Lusty Industries presented us with a great opportunity to do that," said Mariano Gon, sales director at Santa Cruz Bicycles. Lusty Industries is based in Australia and distributes products for several action sport and outdoor brands.
"So many of us at Lusty Industries share a common passion for mountain biking and Santa Cruz makes premium bikes and accessories that align perfectly within our core business, it's a perfect fit and I'm stoked to say the least," said Johnny McLean, managing director at Lusty Industries.
"We will continue working with Santa Cruz's existing retailers and will also be approaching new stores, so would be happy to hear from any dealers interested in carrying Santa Cruz and Juliana products," McLean added.
