AUSTIN, Texas (BRAIN) — In preparation for a panel discussion at Interbike, the Professional Bicycle Mechanics Association is surveying bike shop owners and managers about the pay and benefits they offer their technical staff.
"This survey is meant to help us gather data to further the conversation," said James Stanfill, PBMA's president.
The survey is at surveymonkey.com/r/PBMAComp. The survey will be open until July 15.
