BRAIN Dealer Tour arrives in Seattle

Published October 22, 2013

SEATTLE, WA (BRAIN) — BRAIN editors, sponsors and industry guests are hitting the roads of Seattle, on bike, Tuesday on the first day of a three-day tour of the city's retailers.

The Seattle BRAIN Dealer Tour is the third such event of 2013, following tours of Chicago and San Francisco. The Seattle tour is sponsored by Raleigh, Kali Protectives, TRP, White Lightning, Interbike, and PeopleForBikes.

On Tuesday, the tour will cover about 27 miles and include stops at REI's flagship store, Alpine Hut, Elliott Bay Bicycles, and Bike Works. The tour also will stop by Seattle's famous I-5 Colonnade, a mountain bike skills park that opened in 2005 under the I-5 freeway.

Participants will be posting updates on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Search for the #braindealertour hashtag there, and watch for daily reports on BicycleRetailer.com and a wrap-up with retailer profiles in the December issue of BRAIN.

The BRAIN staff hit the Duthie Hill MTB park in Seattle on Monday.
