LONG BEACH, Calif. (BRAIN) — Pioneer's Cycle Sports Division, which launched in 2013, has hired industry veteran Jim Miller as director of national sales for the Pioneer Cycle Sports Division.
The company said the Miller's newly created position will focus on improving and building out the sales infrastructure, growing Pioneer's dealer base and establishing growth in all power meter categories. Miller has worked for SPY Optics, GQ-6 and Eddy Merckx Bikes and has had leadership roles with The Belgian Waffle Ride, Big Orange Cycling Club and Lava Magazine.
Russ Johnston, executive vice president of marketing and corporate communications for Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc., said, "I am very excited for this next phase of our growth; both Jim and Brenda Lyons, our manager of national sales, will provide the necessary leadership to accomplish our goals and lead Pioneer and our dealers' success this year."
