Published October 31, 2016
CHICAGO (BRAIN) — The Chicagoland Area Bicycle Dealers’ Association says new exhibitors at its February show include Giant Bicycles, TerraTrike, Rotor Components, Magura, Van Dessel Bicycles and Full Speed Ahead. The CABDA show, which is open to trade only, is scheduled for Feb. 1-2, 2017.

Returning exhibitors Haibike, Shimano, Haro, Thule, Olympic, Hawley and J&B have all significantly increased their presence for the event, said Jim Kersten, CABDA’s president and show director. There are now more than 100 brands represented at the CABDA Expo, including 15 bicycle companies. Bike brands include Jamis, Rocky Mountain, Bianchi, Haro/Masi, DK Bikes and Eddy Merckx.

“We’re very excited that bike brands are starting to take an interest in CABDA. I think preseason is the perfect time of year to show off your products to dealers that might be looking to add or replace a bike line," Kersten said.

Dealer registration opens Tuesday. Registration is free to dealers until Jan. 16, and always free to CABDA members. Exhibitor and dealer registration information can be found at cabda-expo.com.
