NOVATO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Marin Mountain Bikes Inc. has hired industry veteran Alan Rowland as its Northern California sales representative.
Rowland's territory will cover Northern Nevada and Northern California from Monterey on the west and Visalia on the east, up to the Oregon border. Rowland has spent 30 years in the bicycle industry, spending time with many major brands as factory or independent rep. Most recently he was senior director of sales at Accell North America. He also represents Orbea, Endura Apparel and Bern Helmets in Northern California.
"I'm very excited to be joining the Marin team," said Rowland. "I've long admired the brand that's right in my backyard and firm supporter of the IBD channel. Their direction and model mix is competitive and well thought out for 2017 and beyond."
