DENVER (BRAIN) — Registria has hired Ben Lockett as vice president of sales. Lockett will co-lead sales efforts for Registeria's mobile warranty registration service, Photoregister.
Photoregister allows consumers to register their purchase by texting a photo of a registration code on the product. "Ben's experience in helping clients reap value from data make him an ideal leader for our sales team to introduce Registria with brands interested in connecting with customers in order to increase aftermarket sales and reduce customer service costs," said Chris McDonald, CEO of Registria. "His extensive CRM and product registration experience make him the perfect fit in this new role."
Prior to Registria, Lockett, a former tank commander with the British Army, was co-founder and vice president of sales at AscentCRM. Lockett also gained relevant CRM, enterprise management experience working for Merkle, Unica and Business Objects.
