PITTSBURGH (BRAIN) — Nutritional supplement maker Klean Athlete has named seven endurance athletes and two cycling teams from throughout the country to its 2015 Klean Team USA. The members will serve as brand ambassadors for Klean Athlete, embodying the company's lifestyle and values through healthy living and training.
"These ambassadors aren't just athletes, they're leaders," said Timothy Monk, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Klean Athlete. "They're facing challenges and inspiring other endurance athletes to live and train clean. We're thrilled to have such a diverse group of men and women who are dedicated to their sport, and dedicated to optimal health and performance."
The 2015 Klean Team USA ambassador athletes include:
- Balazs Csoke, The Woodlands, Texas (triathlon)
- Beth Ulibarri, Albuquerque, N.M. (triathlon and running)
- David Richter, Seattle (cycling)
- Ian Crane, Seattle (cycling)
- Meredith Atwood, Savannah, Ga. (triathlon)
- Timmy Samec, Drums, Pa. (triathlon)
- Todd Herriott, Omaha, Neb. (cycling)
The Klean Team squad also includes the members of The Hagens Berman U-23 Cycling Team of Seattle and the Axeon Cycling Team of Golden, Colo. Each cyclist on these teams has incorporated Klean Athlete supplements into their training, competition and recovery routines.
