RAPID CITY, SD (BRAIN) — Strider Sports will promote its no-pedal balance bikes at the USA Pro Cycling Challenge stage race in Colorado later this month, with Strider Adventure Zones at each stage and a Strider race at the final stage finish in Denver. The race is Aug. 19-25.
The Strider Adventure Zone gives toddlers aged one to five a chance to test ride a Strider, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a Strider-designed area.
The Denver race will start at 11 a.m.
The events will also promote the Axel Project, a Colorado-based nonprofit that promotes bicycle use among youngsters.
Strider Sports International CEO Ryan McFarland said, "The USA Pro Challenge is a natural fit to help promote Strider Racing and the mission of the Axel Project. Showcasing Strider Racing next to the fastest road cyclists in the world is truly an honor for us. We know the passion and determination on display from every pro rider in the race will rub off on our young racers, showing them how much you can do on two wheels!"
