BOULDER, CO (BRAIN) — SmartEtailing has promoted Technical Support Manager Jon Jeffress to the newly created position of Senior Technical Specialist. Tech Specialist Paul Ribich was also promoted to fill Jeffress’ former position.

“We created the Senior Technical Specialist position in direct response to tremendous demand from vendors for the Buy Local Now initiative,“ said Rick Vosper, SmartEtailing’s client services director. “Our development team was overwhelmed with vendor applications, and we promoted Jon because of his proven ability to work successfully with clients and his depth of technical knowledge with the SmartEtailing toolset.”

Jefress is an eight-year veteran of SmartEtailing and has 15 years of retail experience as the manager and owner of Cadence 120 Bicycle Works in Mobile, Alabama.

Ribich has nine years of experience in specialty retail and 13 in the financial services sector. He spent two years helping SmartEtailing clients troubleshoot technical problems and advising on best practices. Ribich has worked for several bike shops, including Team Cyclist, Les Moise, Speed Goat and Action Village.
