MUNICH, Germany (BRAIN)—The Munich District Court in Germany has granted a preliminary ex parte injunction against several Dahon North America products for design patent violation. The design patent covers Dahon’s Ios and Vector models, which Dahon North America has been offering as part of its 2012 range.

BETHEL, CT (BRAIN)—Cannondale’s global marketing director Frank Hwang is no longer with the company.

Cannondale officials didn’t say much about the internal change, but Bob Burbank, the company’s general manager, issued a brief statement confirming Hwang’s departure and wishing him well.
