PORTLAND, Ore. (BRAIN) — Pro cycling fans around the world watched the first "Monument" single-day race of the 2014 season on Sunday, the historic Milan-Sanremo classic. This year's edition was 246 kilometers (153 miles) and included a monumental amount of rain throughout.

HIGHLAND VILLAGE, Texas (BRAIN) — Dallas-Fort Worth area retailer Cadence Cyclery recently celebrated the opening of its second store, located 32 miles from its original location in McKinney, Texas. The new 4,000 square-foot shop opened as a Giant Partner Store in late November.

BEAVERTON, Ore. (BRAIN) — Rack maker Yakima says Costco Wholesale is not authorized to sell its products, despite two Yakima items appearing at its stores recently. The company said it's committed to selling only through its authorized dealers.
