Wheel company lists $1.65 million in liabilities.

SEATTLE, WA (BRAIN) — Divine Cycling Group International, Inc. has filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition for DCG Wheels, the Seattle-based maker of Mad Fiber carbon wheels. Mad Fiber has been shut down for several months; Chapter 7 generally governs the liquidation of a company's assets.

MADISON, WI (BRAIN) — A U.S. District Court judge has ruled in favor of Trek in a suit filed by suspension designer Dave Weagle.

Judge William Conley ruled Friday that Trek does not infringe on Weagle's patent for the Split Pivot suspension.
