STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (BRAIN) — Moots has added a new model to its Race Super Light (RSL) line up, the new Routt RSL.
The new frame incorporates new technology including a 3D-printed titanium dropout featuring a flat mount disc brake mount, a 142 x 12 thru-axle and Moots' RSL internally butted tube set. The Routt RSL also features a new Moots gravel/cross full carbon fork with 12mm thru-axle, flat mount and recessed fender mounts.
"We're excited to add the Routt RSL to our squad of gravel bikes offering our customers a high performance mixed terrain model," said Moots' marketing manager, Jon Cariveau. "The Routt RSL's longer top tube and lower front end places the rider in a more aggressive position, delivering a very precise handling ride."
Every Routt RSL is handbuilt in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, from Moots' proprietary 3/2.5 Pi Tech titanium butted tubing.
Moots launched the Vamoots RSL in 2010. Since then, the RSL family has grown to include: Vamoots RSL, Vamoots Disc RSL, 35th Anniversary RSL Limited Edition, Psychlo X RSL, Mooto X RSL, Rogue RSL, and Routt RSL.
The Routt RSL is available in seven stock sizes: 50, 52, 54, 55, 56, 58, 60 and custom. Popular options include: electronic internal routing, wireless shift routing, engraved head tube, polished logos, color decals, pump peg, chain hanger, and third water bottle mount. MSRP for complete bike as pictured is $10,059.00.
