BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (BRAIN) — Quality Bicycle Products announced Thursday that it has acquired the BikeFit brand, which sells bike fitting tools, education services and apps.
“We are excited to add BikeFit to our consumer brand portfolio,” said Rich Tauer, the president of Quality Bicycle Products. “As a world leader of products that make cycling more enjoyable to riders, BikeFit serves a crucial role that benefits the bicycle industry."
Q is now the wholesale distributor of BikeFit products and services in North America. Damon Wyatt, who worked as operations manager for BikeFit since 2015, is now a QBP employee with the title of Brand Business Manager of BikeFit. Wyatt "brings exceptional knowledge and expertise of BikeFit products, business partners, and operations," the company said.
Q said it has the most popular BikeFit products in stock now and will soon offer the complete assortment to U.S. and Canadian dealers.
