Eastern reps association adds members as June shows fill up

Published May 12, 2016

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (BRAIN) — The Eastern Outdoor Reps Association said it has added 53 new members so far this year, and space at the group's upcoming trade shows is filling fast.

The EORA show season starts June 14-16 in Somerset, New Jersey, and continues with two shows June 21-23 — in Manchester, New Hampshire and Greenville, South Carolina. The final show takes place in Lakeland, Florida, June 28-29.

While space is still available for exhibitors at the New Jersey show, the New Hampshire show is sold out and there are only a handful of booths left in South Carolina, the group said.

EORA announced that Todd Poseley of NPD Group will make a presentation at the Manchester show. He'll be providing insights on current channel trends, specialty retail, profit drivers and high GMROI categories.

At the South Carolina show, EORA will present a retail seminar by footwear and apparel industry expert Marty Cohen. Cohen's topic will be "It's Not Magic: Profitable Seasons are Planned & Made When You Buy, NOT When You Sell."
