WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — As mentioned in a recent article about the League of American Bicyclists' new executive director, the League's former CEO, Andy Clarke, has joined Toole Design Group, a national engineering and planning company. Toole officially announced Clarke's new position on Tuesdsay.
Clarke is Toole's new director of strategy.

As director of strategy, Clarke will draw help Toole's state and local clients across the country tackle transportation challenges. "Jennifer has assembled a world-class team of bicycle and pedestrian planners, engineers, designers and program specialists. It's an honor to have the opportunity to help her chart a course forward for the company that builds on the growing momentum to create more livable communities across the country."
