LAS VEGAS (BRAIN) — Podium Imports has been named the Canadian distributor for U.K.-based Boardman Bikes, with delivery of 2015 product beginning this month. The announcement coincides with Interbike, where Boardman is displaying the 2015 lineup (Booth 26178).
"It is great to be back in the game with a bike brand," said Podium owner Brian McCoy, whose longtime association with Orbea concluded last year. "Boardman has a great energy and commitment to design. It is a true enthusiast line."
Boardman's Elite range is available to Canadian dealers, consisting of road, triathlon and cyclocross models.
"With the success we have had introducing Boardman in the U.S. market, we sought a group that could expand that reach to Canada, and Podium's team is enthusiastic and well-placed within the dealer profile for our bikes," said Boardman's Andrew Smallwood.
