COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (BRAIN) — Mark Bibb has left SRAM, where he was director of global testing, to join his wife in expanding their horse training business. Bibb had been with SRAM since 2000 and was based in the company's Colorado Springs facility where he managed the global team in charge of testing all SRAM products.

"SRAM has been an incredible company to work for. I appreciate the transparency and trust they have put in me and the different teams I've had the opportunity to work with over the years. It has been a very empowering and motivating experience. I will truly miss our test team. We have assembled a very talented and professional group that has been great to work with every day."

Tim Smith, SRAM's vice president of engineering, said, "I'm happy to have had the opportunity to work with Mark over the years, and appreciate the positive impact he's had across a wide swath of the SRAM organization, as he's moved through roles."

Smith added that Bibb's departure date will be based on finding his replacement. SRAM is currently accepting applications.
