PORTLAND, OR (BRAIN)—Cyclone Bicycle Supply of Portland, Oregon, has launched its new online ordering system.
“Most shops really appreciate the convenience of being able to check real-time stock levels and do ordering on their own time schedule. From the feedback we have received since the launch, dealers are finding our site to be fast, easy to navigate, and user-friendly. We are pretty happy with the way things look so far, but we will continue to make improvements from the input we receive,” said John Byfield, director of sales for Cyclone Bicycle.
To encourage both new and existing dealers to register to use the online ordering system, Cyclone Bicycle Supply is offering free freight and a free Custom Bell Program for dealers placing their first order over $500 through the website. Cyclone’s Custom Bell Program gives shops the opportunity to offer customers a bell with their logo or choice of artwork with no setup fees or artwork charges. The initial program consists of 20 bells with a retail value of $200 and Cyclone will maintain the artwork on file for future reorders.
