NEWBURY PARK, CA (BRAIN)—Giant has put out an all-points bulletin for Adam Craig’s Rabobank-Giant Anthem X Advanced SL bicycle. The MTB pro’s bike was taken from where it was displayed at the Fox Racing Shox booth during Interbike.
As best as the Fox booth personnel can determine, Craig’s bike was removed from its display sometime after the Expo closed for the evening on Thursday, September 23. The bike was discovered missing the next morning when Fox staff arrived at the booth at 7 a.m. A report has been filed with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
In addition to the distinctive Rabobank-Giant orange/blue color and graphics, the Advanced SL Composite Maestro suspension bicycle has Craig’s name embossed on the top tube. A new prototype Fox Float Ti prototype fork is installed on the bike, as is a Fox DOSS Dropper seatpost. The size medium bike also sports a new prototype Shimano XTR group that has serial numbers hand-etched onto the components.
Anyone with information on the missing Anthem X Advanced SL should contact Giant bicycle at 1-800-874-4268, or the Las Vegas Police Department at 702-828-3111. Callers can also contact an anonymous “Crime Stoppers” tip line at 702-385-5555.
