WASHINGTON, D.C. (BRAIN)—There is a retroactive feature of the U.S. Manufacturing Enhancement Act of 2010 bill, or MTB, that many might not be aware of.
This retroactive feature of the legislation allows for refunds with respect to entries of certain bicycle parts between January 1, 2010 – August 26, 2010, according to Brock Landry, Venable LLP government division chairman, in a letter to the Bicycle Products Suppliers Association.
