SAN FRANCISCO, CA (BRAIN)—Most people know about the Amgen Tour of California, but many probably have never heard of the Amgen California Coast Classic Bike Tour.
"It's a tour, not a race," said Jerry Kruse to the Oakland Tribune. "I finish what I start, but we take pictures, and I'm not going to get dehydrated. We just take it easy. There's a tradition at a (Big Sur) campground, where chairs are set up around this river. People take off their shoes, soak their feet, and have a beer."
