LAGUNA HILLS, CA (BRAIN)—Floyd Landis told ESPN.com yesterday of his decision to appeal an arbitration panel’s vote against him in his doping case.
The panel’s vote stripped him of his 2006 Tour de France title.
“Once I got myself together and made sure I had the energy to do it,” Landis told ESPN.com the decision to fight back was an easy one to make.
