Selling Cycling content survey is online

BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — With the Selling Cycling staff training program scheduled for a complete updating for 2008, founder Ray Keener is looking for input from retailers on the topics to be covered.

"In the early voting, the top two topics are What Customers Want, and the Sales Process, from greeting to closing," Keener said. "We're already planning to address these two with our new Mind Reader feature, and our new streamlined Hand sales process."

Both these new features can be seen on the Selling Cycling nine-minute demo, which can be obtained at Interbike at SmartEtailing (Booth 1401), or viewed online after Interbike.
