The Slice RS Black Edition

WASHINGTON, D.C. (BRAIN) — Cannondale is working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission to recall about 500 Slice time trial bikes because the "brake plate" can loosen. The company has received one report of the loosening and no reports of injuries.

IRVINE, CA (BRAIN) — Felt Bicycles, which is preparing for its 2014 sales meeting and product launch this weekend, recently laid off six employees within its three U.S. facilities. Company president Bill Duehring blamed the layoffs on an industrywide downturn.
