HELSINKI (BRAIN) — Amer Sports reported net sales increases of 9 percent for its third quarter and 5 percent year-to-date, compared with the same periods last year. The figures don't include Amer's cycling business with the Mavic and Enve brands because Amer now segments cycling as "discontinued operations" as it looks to sell that business.

BEIJING (BRAIN) — Dai Wei, the founder and chief executive of Chinese bike-share giant Ofo, has stepped aside as the company's top legal representative as Ofo faces multiple lawsuits in China. 

Ofo has named Chen Zhengjiang, the head of its hardware supply department, as the new legal representative.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — Two domestic bike assemblers are asking the International Trade Commission to look into imposing tariffs of up to 50 percent on imported bikes.
