KORBACH, Germany (BRAIN) — The Continental eContact Plus is a clincher tire developed for the commuting and hauling demands of e-bikes.
The eContact Plus was designed to be a high-mileage urban tire with a compact tread pattern to reduce rolling resistance and boost the range between battery charges. It has puncture protection to guard against road hazards by utilizing SafetyPlus Pro Breaker technology.
Available in a variety of wheel sizes and widths, the eContact Plus can support loads up to 282 pounds per tire. Continental said the eContract Plus is certified for S-Pedelecs.
To improve visibility at night, the eContact Plus is built with a sidewall reflective strip. MSRP per tire is $58.60.
