CARREGOSA, Portugal (BRAIN) — Polisport Group has acquired the Dutch baby seat maker Bobike, the companies announced Monday.
According to Polisport management, the purchase was made with the goal of "taking Bobike to an even greater level of notoriety and performance while maintaining its identity and values."
Polisport is a Portugal-based manufacturer and distributor that sells in 62 markets worldwide. The company specializes in plastic products for the bicycle and motorcycle markets and claims to be the leading European producer of baby seats.
