Ukraine’s Velobike launches its 10th anniversary show

KIEV, Ukraine (BRAIN) — As trade shows and consumer events come and go, organizers of Ukraine’s annual event will celebrate their tenth anniversary next year with Velobike 2014. According to Tatiana Davidenko, the event’s sales manager, the Feb. 27-March 2 show at the Kyiv Expo Plaza, is the biggest of its kind among the former Soviet Union’s so-called satellite nations. 

“Velobike is a unique business platform in Ukraine for both beginners and professionals that gives them an opportunity to discuss bicycle trends, present goods to new clients, establish business contacts and create an image of a stable and reliable company,” she said. 

The show’s general sponsor is Paul Lange Ukraine, part of the Paul Lange Group and Shimano’s key distributor in Europe. 

Last year the show attracted 65 exhibitors and during the four-day event 16,158 people attended, organizers said. 

Rates for exhibition space runs 80 euros ($110) per square meter plus a 100-euro ($138) exhibition fee.
