SVETA NEDELJA, Croatia (BRAIN) — After acquiring a majority interest in Greyp in 2021, Porsche announced the Croatian e-bike brand will operate under the Porsche eBike Performance group.
Last June, Porsche acquired the remaining 80% of shares in German e-bike drive system Fazua GmbH. Along with Greyp, the brands now fall under the Porsche eBike Performance group.
The sports car manufacturer's venture capital segment, Porsche Ventures, has held about a 10% stake in Greyp since 2018.
An earlier version of this story stated that Porsche assumed complete ownership of Greyp.
