PALO ALTO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Slidepad Technologies’ single-lever front and rear brake system will be available as standard equipment on XDS Australia Bicycles’ new Hollywood Retro Range Ladies alloy and steel 700c models.
Slidepad provides recreational cyclists with a single-lever braking system that uses the force of the rear wheel to modulate the front brake and reduce the risk of front-wheel lockup caused by rider error.
“We are pleased to announce this contract with Australia’s XDS Bicycles, marking the first opportunity for Slidepad to be equipped on a non-U.S. brands’ bicycles,” said Slidepad president and co-founder Brian Riley.
