Experienced Professional Bicycle Mechanic – Moab Cyclery | Moab, Utah

Moab Cyclery is hiring an experienced professional bicycle mechanic to join our team in Moab, Utah.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, communicates well with customers, and brings a positive attitude to a fast-paced, rider-focused environment.

Our shop supports a large rental and demo fleet while also performing everything from quick-turn service to advanced diagnostics and in-depth repairs.

Responsibilities include repairs, tune-ups, diagnostics, safety inspections, e-bike service, suspension work, and building and maintaining a large demo fleet.

Must have professional bicycle mechanic experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with suspension and e-bike systems.

Comfortable using service manuals, following manufacturer procedures, and working with riders from beginners to advanced, detail-oriented customers.

Pay is $20–$30 per hour based on experience, plus tips, performance bonuses, employee discounts, demo bike access, lunch rides, and free shuttles.
