Duties:
• Provide front-line phone and email support for pre-sales and post-purchase needs.
• Offer a premier showroom experience for online and in-person customers.
• Create technical bulletins and media content.
Requirements:
• Supportive attitude with customers.
• Strong bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong computer skills.
Full-time salary position with benefits. Weekend work required.
