We are seeking an experienced [2+yrs] Inside Sales & Customer Service professional to join our North American team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction across the retail network, including key accounts, and consumers alike. Daily functions will include email/phone interaction with various staff, retailers, and consumers relating to all aspects of the business.
