PROVIDENCE, R.I. (BRAIN) — Expo space is now being sold for the 2014 Providence Cyclo-cross Festival. The Oct. 3-5 event includes Category 1 UCI racing the New England Builder's Ball, the Gran Fondo New England and more. The event is held at Providence's hostoric Roger Williams Park.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (BRAIN) — Dick's Sporting Goods has reported that fourth quarter 2013 consolidated same-store sales exceeded the company's predictions. As a result, Dick's has increased its fourth quarter and full year 2013 expectations.
