O'NEAL's new Blade and Trailfinder Evo helmets have been designed to seamlessly integrate Quin's cutting-edge intelligent safety technologies for the very first time

London, United Kingdom: Quin is proud to announce O'NEAL as the latest global manufacturer to incorporate its cutting-edge crash detection and emergency response system into their latest MTB helmet range.

The partnership sees O'NEAL's new Blade and Trailfinder Evo helmets - along with wider motocross helmets - designed to seamlessly integrate Quin's advanced sensors, meaning both models utilise Quin's intelligent safety technology that actively looks out for riders by delivering the following pioneering services:

Impact Detection
The core of Quin's advanced motion technology relies on its intricate impact detection protocols. The sensor's exceptional sensitivity, paired with Quin's sophisticated algorithms, means the sensor is meticulously designed to analyse the nature of impacts — even allowing it to distinguish between an accidental helmet drop and a serious fall.

Emergency Alerts
Once an impact is detected, Quin is designed to automatically alert your three chosen emergency contacts, providing them with your status and location in real time.

For Quin Plus subscribers, Quin's ResQ* feature offers direct integration with professional emergency services. It rapidly shares critical data — including your location, health information, and safety details — helping to ensure the nearest emergency response team is dispatched to you as quickly as possible.

*ResQ is available for Quin Plus subscribers in the USA and 31 countries across Europe. Click HERE for a complete country list.

Advanced Analytics
Quin captures a range of different critical data points often used by medical professionals to analyse trauma. Quin is able to quantify every moment throughout a detected impact.

The advanced technology not only tells you that you have been in an accident involving a high force, it quantifies and provides powerful insights regarding the impact - enabling riders to share potentially life-saving information with a family member, friend, coach, or medical professional.

These advanced, safety-focused insights are also captured and stored by the sensor when there is no connection to a mobile phone, or no phone network coverage, enabling review at a later stage, when required. Just one example of how feature-rich the Quin system is, and tailored to different riding experiences and needs.

Beyond keeping cyclists safe, Quin delivers a wealth of performance data from every ride such as speed, time, distance and consistency of effort, helping cyclists ride smarter, improve, and achieve their goals.

Both O'NEAL helmets are available 'Quin Ready'. Full details on the Blade can be found HERE, and full details on the Trailfinder Evo can be found HERE.

O'NEAL is the latest helmet brand to adopt Quin's unrivalled Advanced Motion Intelligence, joining ABUS, Lumos, Fly Racing, Guardio, and several other brands launching later in 2025.
Quin Founder and CEO Ani Surabhi said: "We're incredibly proud to be joining forces with O'NEAL as they are a forward-thinking, passionate brand whose passion for protecting and celebrating life very much matches our own. Our partners are more than just brands — they're pioneers, working to create smarter, safer, better helmets. This collaboration marks another exciting step forward in making our cutting-edge technologies accessible to more cyclists around the world."

O'NEAL Managing Partner Thomas Schwarz said: "At O'NEAL, we understand that Quin technology addresses a fundamental safety concern for motorcycle and bicycle riders: most of the time, they ride alone. In the event of an accident, the Quin sensor becomes the "guardian angel" that automatically calls for help when the rider is unable to do so. It's a true game changer in rider safety — because even when you're riding alone, you're no longer on your own."

Professional mountain biker and O'NEAL ambassador Ben Moore said at Quin's virtual press conference: "Over the course of my career, I've been involved in many accidents and knocked out several times. I can't help but think how different my diagnoses and recoveries would have been if I'd had a Quin sensor integrated into my helmet, giving me that essential data in a clear and easily understandable way. Moving forwards, Quin is going to be a critical tool in determining how I assess any head impacts, and I genuinely believe every cyclist will benefit from the unrivaled services the unit offers."
