Beeline Connect Introduces Industry’s First Embedded Online Service Scheduling On D2C Websites

Launch Brands include Priority Bicycles, Alchemy Bikes, Lectric eBikes & Rad Power Bikes

Los Gatos, Calif., (August 30, 2022) – Beeline Connect launched today their innovative embedded online service scheduling tool into their Service Center and Dealer Locator map. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands have found particular value in offering scheduled service direct from their website as the majority of Riders new to cycling look for answers about maintaining bicycles they’ve recently purchased online. 

“Beeline Connect’s fulfillment program and Service Center map have been invaluable tools for Priority to provide the stellar customer experience we’ve built our brand on,” says David Weiner, co-founder and CEO of Priority Bicycles. “Service Scheduling takes the experience to the next level for Priority owners looking to get the most out of their bicycle. We love how Beeline has made the experience native to our website while allowing each bike shop to set their own menu of service items and pricing.”

Riders can find a local service appointment from each brand’s website, displaying authorized service centers selected from the more than 1,700 bicycle shops actively using the Beeline Connect platform. Bicycle Retailers opt into online service scheduling for the Brand’s they want to participate with, set their own service menu and pricing, control how many appointments they’d like to accept through online scheduling and market their service department to new Riders looking for a positive retail experience. Shop scheduling is managed through Beeline Connect’s platform and is available to all U.S. bicycle retailers with a free Bridge subscription.

Beeline Connect’s current launch brand partners are D2C brands, and online service scheduling is also available to Brands who have stocking dealer networks through Beeline Connect’s traditional Dealer Locator embed.
